Why Train?

From a purely commercial perspective: to improve efficiency and save money. As one of our computer training customers said recently: "I now employ someone who is skilled in Excel - when I see what she can do, and the speed with which she can do it, I realise we can make big savings by training the rest of the staff."

From a wider perspective: because investing in your most precious resource, your people, you are more likely to raise motivation and end up with a more dedicated workforce.
