"My spreadsheet only has 7 columns and 200 rows, but it prints 49 sheets!"

The problem sounds as though something has been created in cells way outside the range required. It may have been an accident or the user may have done some temporary calculations way down or way across the spreadsheet and then have deleted them. There are several solutions to this - clearing and resetting the print area springs to mind, but if there is a reason for not wanting to do this (and there could be some very practical ones), then the simplest solution is to copy and paste the required data onto a new worksheet - tedious if the spreadsheet is large, but try holding the SHIFT key down and clicking (or using Excel's navigation keys) to highlight rather than just dragging. Alternatively, can you copy and paste sections at a time?
