Crystal Reports, Advanced Excel
and MS Project - Support Service
Clients who have trained with IPS can now call on our
Support Service for help with these three products.
Whether they are trying to write a queries in Crystal,
create functions/queries or Macros in Excel, or wanting
to extract reports out of their MS Project publications,
IPS can offer email and telephone support on a "best
endeavours" basis, from their senior tutors. Such
support can be bought on an hourly rate, or pro rata,
and paid for monthly, on a "pay as you go"
