not essential to have experience of this one.

from the Start Menu
The Outlook Environment: Menu and Toolbars; Outlook Bar; Standard
Mailbox stores and folders; Default Views; Other Standard Views
Reading, replying and forwarding messages:
Creating messages: Using Autosignatures; Selecting addresses; Creating
a Personal Distribution List; Tracking your messages; Setting priority
to your messages
Managing your mail: Deleting your messages; Creating your own Folders;
Moving messages; Cleanup Mailbox; The Out of Office and Rules Wizard;
Organise options
Attaching documents: As files; From applications; Routing documents
Printing
Scheduling with the Calendar: Appointments; Meetings and Resources
Contacts: Creating a contact; Viewing Contacts in the Address Book;
QuickFind Contacts
Tasks: Creating a Task; Setting a due date; Setting a reminder

Setting user options
Please bear in mind that unless your organisation is running Microsoft
Exchange Server, some features, such as the Out of Office Assistant,
may not be available on your own system.
